Vice-Chancellor’s International Scholarship

About the scholarship

The Vice-Chancellor’s International Scholarship (VCIS) is available to recognize academic excellence for international students. This is a highly competitive scholarship depending on academic merit and is for competent students intending to pursue a postgraduate coursework degree at Macquarie University. This scholarship provides up to AUD $10,000 applied towards your tuition fee. This is a very limited scholarship, so we encourage you to accept your offer and scholarship early to avoid disappointment.

1. Achieve a minimum WAM equivalent of 65 for postgraduate applications.

Macquarie University $5,000 Regional Scholarship

About the scholarship

This scholarship is available to competent international students from eligible regions who intend to pursue a  coursework degree at Macquarie University. Among one of the most generous in Australia, this scholarship is at the value of AUD $5,000 per year for the duration of your Postgraduate coursework degree (AUD $2,500 will be credited each session).

This scholarship is accessible to all eligible students who commence their studies in 2024 and 2025.

To be eligible for this scholarship, you must be a full-time international student commencing a  postgraduate coursework degree (excluding Graduate Certificates and Global MBA courses) and meet the following criteria:

1. Be a citizen of Mongolia, South Korea, Russia, Japan, Lebanon, Iran, Jordan, Saudi Arabia or one of the countries located in either the ASEAN, South Asia, African, Latin American or European regions.
2. Accept your Letter of Offer and pay the commencement fee by the Acceptance Deadline.
3. Remain enrolled in each compulsory study period.

Pakistan $10,000 Early Acceptance Scholarship

About the scholarship

This early acceptance scholarship is available to competent international students from Pakistan who intend to pursue a coursework degree at Macquarie University, offsetting approximately 25% of their annual tuition fees. Among one of the most generous in Australia, this scholarship is at the value of AUD $10,000 per year for the duration of your postgraduate coursework degree (AUD $5,000 will be credited each session). First payment of AUD $10,000 will be disbursed in the second session of your first year of enrolment, with AUD $5,000 disbursed in each subsequent session for the duration of the course.

Global MBA Alumni Scholarship

About the scholarship

Macquarie University recognizes the achievement of students in completing postgraduate degrees. This scholarship provides 10% off tuition fees to eligible Macquarie University alumni pursuing a Global MBA. (Every session will credit 10% of the tuition fees). Scholarships are limited so we encourage you to apply and accept early to avoid disappointment.

Criteria

To be eligible for this scholarship, you must be a full-time international student studying a Global MBA and meet the following criteria:

1. Be a graduate of a Macquarie University degree.
2. Meet the English and academic requirements for entry to your selected course.
