The University of Lethbridge is a government academic and research higher education institution. The university has two campuses: one in Lethbridge, Alberta, and the other in Calgary, Alberta. It is often known as ULethbridge, ULeth, and U of L. It began in the tradition of liberal education.Every year, more than 8,000 undergraduate and graduate students from all around the world enroll at the university.

The most modern facility in Canada for science research and education, Science Commons, began here in 2019. With quality teaching and exposure to research, the university cultivates an atmosphere that fits the intellectual and personal needs of students.
