University of Western Australia

About University

The University of Western Australia is a branch of a group of eight universities in Australia. It was constructed in 1911 owing to Sir John Winthrop Hackett. The ideal settings of UWA are what make it so well-known. It was originally known as the UWA Perth until 1932 when it relocated to Crawley and became known as the UWA Crawley.

When it comes to rankings, the UWA ranking rate is highly satisfactory as it owns the 85th position among the 100 best universities in the world. In addition, the University of Western Australia QS ranking or World ranking is #93. Another plus point is the University of Western Australia’s acceptance rate of 38%.

International students can also get access to the UWA accommodation facility and direct availability to the Library. UWA Scholarships for international students are available to both national and international students.
